Occupancy Fan Controller Saves Building HVAC Energy

Occupancy Fan Controller
The Occupancy Fan Controller (OFC) can save about 30% on fan, cooling, and heating energy by switching fans from “on” to “auto” when buildings are unoccupied and back to “on” or default fan-control when occupied based on PIR or ultrasonic sensors and/or geofencing. OFC provides variable fan-off delays after cooling and heating cycles to increase off cycles and closes economizer dampers when unoccupied to save cooling and heating energy. US Patents 9995493, 11029061, 11029057, 11175060, and pending patents. CALTF SWHC062-01 OFC measure package is in progress.
